We painted this bold graphic 55 Sqm Sunderland mural commissioned by TNT Sports via their agencies, to celebrate the local teams rise through promotion to being in the Europa League. Designed by local artist and fan, Katherine Robertson, the artwork charts the club’s rollercoaster back to the elite, spanning promotion from the Championship and a first European qualification in over 50 years. The painting was timed to be in place for the first Europa league match against AZ Alkmaar and quickly became a mecca for fans and proving hugely popular with the local media.
